MEMPHIS, TN – January 26, 2017- Glankler Brown attorney Robert D. Meyers recently published an article “Must Websites Be ADA Compliant?” in the Defense Research Institute’s In-House Defense Quarterly magazine.

The article, found in the Winter issue of the publication, addresses two questions regarding business websites and the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA): (1) Are websites covered under the ADA? And if so, (2) how does one make a website ADA compliant?

Mr. Meyers, together with 2016 Glankler Brown summer associate Benjamin I. Wachtel, provides information to assist those employers seeking answers to these questions and more.

Mr. Meyers concentrates his practice in employment law and has defended companies and individuals before courts across the United States. He is a frequent presenter at employment law and HR industry events and is a contributor to various local and legal publications. He is a member of the Defense Research Institute and is consistently named to Best Lawyers in America and Mid-South Super Lawyers.

Mr. Wachtel is a student at the University of Memphis School of Law and a 2016 Glankler Brown summer associate.
