Ward D. Robinson concentrates his practice in mergers & acquisitions, private equity financing, regulatory compliance & licensing and general business law.
Mr. Robinson represents buyers, sellers and early stage entities across multiple industries in strategic M&A transactions, including asset sales, stock sales, mergers, reorganizations, capital raises and licensing. Clients include large and small firms in transportation & logistics, healthcare, insurance, real estate & mortgage banking, emerging payments technology, banking & payment systems, investment banking and alcohol & liquor distribution. Mr. Robinson also advises businesses on a wide variety of regulatory matters in both transactions and ongoing compliance and operational concerns, including matters at the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Federal Trade Commission, the FAA and a variety of state and local regulatory bodies.
Mr. Robinson is a member of the Memphis, Tennessee and American Bar Association Business Law Sections and former member of the Board of Directors of the Phoenix Club of Memphis.
