Coury has been appointed Regent for the Sixth Circuit of the American College of Bankruptcy at its annual meeting in Washington, D.C. The Sixth Circuit covers Michigan, Ohio, Kentucky and Tennessee. As Regent, Coury will serve as Chair of the Sixth Circuit Admissions Council and as a member of the Board of Regents, which has the sole authority to elect Fellows to the College.
The American College of Bankruptcy is an honorary professional association of approximately 800 U.S. and international bankruptcy and insolvency professionals who are invited to join as Fellows based on a proven record of the highest standards of professionalism plus service to the profession and their communities.
