July 21, 2022- Memphis, TN- Glankler Brown, PLLC is pleased to announce that Eliza A. Jones has been named an Associate member of the Leo Bearman, Sr. American Inn of Court.
The American Inns of Court are designed as a tutorial organization with the goal of improving the skills, professionalism and legal ethics of the bench and bar.
Eliza Jones concentrates her practice in the areas of family law and litigation. Prior to joining Glankler Brown, Ms. Jones worked as a law clerk to Judge Ross Dyer at the Tennessee Criminal Court of Appeals and as law clerk to Judge Valerie Smith at Shelby County Circuit Court, where she researched and composed memoranda on issues involving but not limited to child custody, divorce, privacy expert witnesses, HIPAA and complex legal issues in criminal appeals. She graduated from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law where she served on the staff of the Memphis Law Review, as an Associate Justice on the Moot Court Board of Directors, as Executive Director of the Student Bar Association, as Domestic Violence Track Leader with the Public Action Law Society and as In-School Liaison with the Association of Women Attorneys.
